In Malaysia, only urban gadis Melayu dare to wear bikini. As their modern mind became open-minded as western girl wannabe, they agreed, nothing wrong wear bikini as long it been wore in suitable place such on beach or private party.
Bikini is collectively known as lingerie. They may also be called intimate clothing or simply intimates. Controversies around the bikini, ranging from woman's body ideals to sense of decency in traditional societies to commercialization of the female form, still keep appearing around the globe including Malaysia.
